Our staff favorite hot chocolate, made with award-winning Anamalai Cacao.
This hot cocoa is rich in cocoa butter and deeply luscious. With just enough Madhur Jaggery for a caramelly sweetness, it makes a super velvety cup of cocoa. We think it is perfect on its own, but you can spice it up by adding cinnamon or cardamom, or turn up the heat with a little chilli powder.
Each tin makes over 30 delicious cups of cocoa!
DIRECTIONS:
- Simmer 1-2 tbsp hot cocoa mix and any additional spices in 1 cup water for 2 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup milk of your choice.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
OPTIONAL SPICY ADDITIONS:
- 2-3 Baraka Green Cardamom pods
- Lightly crushed - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground Peni Miris Cinnamon & 1/4 - 1/2 tsp ground chillies
- 1 tsp Panneer Rose
- 1 tsp Chai or Pumpkin Spice Masala
